And 10 years ago, when I left my sales & marketing position with the Canadian National Railway & bought Gibson Fine Art, I was running on pure love & enthusiasm.

I had a Masters in Business Administration, an intuitive knack for marketing & mentoring,
a quick crash-course in Art History 101 — and a big, vivid dream.

I wanted to run my own business. I wanted to do it my way. I wanted to become a respected authority on contemporary art — and fill local homes & businesses with color, texture & unmistakable quality.

A lot can happen, in 10 years. Businesses can take root.
And dreams can come true.

Gibson Fine Art continues to grow & reach even more businesses and private collectors — even during the midst of the recession.

We continue to champion new & emerging talent — and fill at least half of our collection with local & regional artists.
