I am a technology consultant, process coach & strategist. I have worked across the ladder in the services and consulting sector, with the roles ranging from enterprise consultant to technology head.

Over the past few years, I have mainly focused my attention to the social and collaborative dimension of how SME's/engineering units can benefit and fetch a better ROI using collaborative implementation model and use lean technologies and processes for better technical and business process management. I assist in community development projects using open source software and help in ICT implementations and policies.

I assist organizations in setting-up new technology units and teams.
