Hi, I was born in Vicenza (Italy) where I live with my family. I started my career as software programmer but after few years I began to lead projects and teams commited on ICT implementations. I've always been interested on new technologies and innovation, even I believe that are people who make the difference. I've spent decades on the Information Technology field and now I'm an ICT Interim Manager who helps companies to face new challanges which are emphasized by the crisis. The real bailout is, as usual, based on the ability to guide the team on the right path. Not only 'saving', because even if reducing OpEx is mandatory, unfortunately isn't enough. The knowledge and expertize to drive the ICT on the cloud and the ability to support the company's core business are very important and also a way to transform the information system in a competitive advantage. Furthermore I believe it's time to share the risk with the entrepreneurs with success fee contracts. I enjoy spending time walking with my dogs or cycling, but most of all I love travelling.
