I am passionate about fiber optic communications and the many benefits they bring, my focus is on building and leading teams capable to find the smartest and most accurate ways to implement these technologies in a growing market where the same approaches used in North America and Europe do not fully function.

I understand the dynamics of the region as a block as well as the individualities of each country, and the ability to fluently speak the local languages allows me to keep the teams on track and motivated.
