Looking back and connecting the dots, there are few things that are the backbone of my decisions and draw my purpose in life:

The first one is curiosity; I always look forward to feed my hunger for knowledge and understanding of the world.That’s why I’ve studied Engineering and I’ve also done in parallel some years of software engineering, Business Administration and Physics.That’s also the main reasonw I decided to work as an Innovation consultant and a Sales Engineer for several years.

Secondly, I truly believe that people and their emotions make the difference in the world.I’ve been working as a executive coach and leadership trainer for the last 5 years also helping me to develop my communication skills and to understand better our behavior.

And last but not least, I’m sure that dogmas and orthodoxies are there to be confronted and challenged, because the world needs continuously improvement and disruptive innovation in order to build a better place.
