As a regular geek, I've aways lived and worked around computers. In these last years, I had the opportunity to work on something I aways dreamed: create games.

Develop a game is not how I’ve imagined as a kid, I don’t spare my entire day playing games over and over. Instead, I’ve learned the importance of monetization, KPIs, BI, focus groups, AB testing, maintenance plans, and a lot of other essential stuff to achieve success on game development.

For some, this may look like a box full of boredom, but for me, this same box is full of tools that help-me to create profitable products that are still fun games.
