Throughout my career, I have successfully directed and delivered multi-million-euro projects, demonstrating excellence in all aspects of project management.

With a proven track record in winning tenders and managing large-scale projects, I have led 150-member project teams comprising contracts, project controls, planning, HSEC, procurement, construction, and engineering teams. My strategic approach and meticulous project procedures ensure successful delivery on time and within budget, even for projects valued up to €300M.

Additionally, I have a strong focus on health and safety compliance, planning, and project controls.

Some notable accomplishments in my career include winning a €300M project tender through exceptional communication and proposal development skills, leading a 130-member engineering team for major infrastructure projects, and implementing robust project processes and systems that resulted in significant cost savings and improved overall project performance.

I hold a Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Civil Engineering, a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Industrial Economics, and a Master of Science (MSc) in Civil Engineering. I am a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and a Chartered Engineer, and I am recognized as a Fellow of the Institute of Materials, Minerals and Mining.
