I am a registered dietitian consultant and expert witness currently living in SW Virginia. I have experience across long-term care, acute care, outpatient, and telehealth settings, combined with experience supporting legal teams as a (trial experienced) medico-legal expert witness. I am trained in long-term care (nursing homes), acute care (hospitals) including critical care and ICU nutrition care. surgery including bariatric, trauma and GI. I also can provide evidence in regards to malnutrition, wounds, enteral and parenteral nutrition (tube feedings), vitamin and mineral deficiencies, failure to thrive, unplanned weight loss, and many disease states that require nutritional interventions such as Oncology, Wernicke's, Refeeding Syndrome, Short Bowel Syndrome, and more
