My #1 goal is to create positivity in the music environment by connecting people through experiences and technology.
After going to my first concert, I quickly became fascinated with the social and physical experience of music.
Some of my accomplishments include: a degree in Music Business, 3+ years of customer service experience with entertainment and ticketing, student awards and publications for innovative events, and one time I got 4th place in a chicken wing eating contest.
I’m currently employed full-time as the Guest Services Coordinator at Sofar Sounds, where I lead an amazing support team. Our vision is to make every interaction with our guests magical by providing the best service possible.
I’m especially excited for what the future has in store as the world embraces the experience economy and new innovative technologies disrupt the music landscape.
Whatever happens, I’ll always remember that in a noisy world where everything is fighting for your attention, we can all still relate to music.
