David Evans

David Evans is an executive and business coach, inspirational speaker, workshop leader and management consultant. He has tasted success and failure, having led multiple technology companies, raised several million dollars in the US and Australia, negotiated an 8-figure term sheet for acquisition of one company and sold another as well as seeing a deal with 9-figure potential go South. David holds 2 granted patents, loves public speaking and has presented at major conferences in the US and Australia.

David's entrepreneurial superpower is seeing the potential for and eliciting feats of brilliance in others. He first started coaching entrepreneurs in 2007 and is now building an executive and business coaching practice, Jedi Trainers, to help entrepreneurs, wantrepreneurs and intrapreneurs unleash their own superpowers for success.

David is working on a new start up: UGaWo (Ultimate Game of Work). UGaWo is the culmination of his 15 years in the interactive entertainment space combined with coaching. UGaWo works with organizations to achieve cultures in which the extrinsic rewards (the reasons we typically show up for work) and the intrinsic rewards (the reasons we usually engage in play) overlap and align. The result is engagement, innovation, productivity and FUN.
