What is digital health?

Digital health talks about both physical and psychological wellness in the world of technology. At the beginning it all started with those big huge computers and then slowly as technology evolved better computers came to the market. Slowly over a long period of time technology evolved and better products are available in the market now. The biggest damage that computers do to you is damaging your eyes. Working on the computer for a long time harms your eyes. Looking at it for a long time makes your eyes red and you might get a power as well for your eyes. All the different devices such as iPad, phones, laptops etc. don't almost any radiation. It's just our eyes that get tired. This happens when the muscles inside our eyes that controls the focusing is overworked, symptoms like these occur. It usually takes a long time for these symptoms to start. You might start to feel that your eyes are paining a bit. The visibility might be a little blurry. Slowly headache is going to start and you won't be able to work comfortably. This might lead to stopping your work in a while. Also if you don't have the correct posture while working it can lead to back aches and many other problems.

How to be a good citizen?

There are many ways to be good citizens while using a computer. You can wear glasses with a coating to protect the rays from hitting your eyes. You can also get a screen for your laptop or computer that protects the rays from coming out. Correct ergonomics while working is very important. There are many sites online and there are also books that you can read on ergonomics. Having the correct ergonomics is very important. Things like back pain is very common if you don't have the right ergonomics while working. While typing on the computer don't put a lot of pressure. This is going to lead to wrist pains. Also having the right chair is very important. Try to keep your back straight while working. Try to use headphones less often. Headphones can cause to hearing loss. Also try to spend as much less time you can on the computer or other technology because that is by far the simplest solution in order to be a good digital citizen.

How does it impact you?

The impact of technology on me is unimaginable. I spent almost 22 hours of my day on technology. I work on computers; listen to music on my phone. Basically I am surrounded by technology all day long. Unfortunately enough all of these things affect me in
