My work focuses on understanding how online services operate, how payment and identity systems are evolving, and what consumers should consider when evaluating security, privacy, transparency and trust online.

I am particularly interested in payment methods, digital wallets, identity verification, fraud prevention, consumer protection and the ways technology influences everyday online experiences. I also contribute to SweepsPulse, where I research digital platforms, payment methods, consumer trends and responsible online experiences from an informational perspective.
