Hello, I’m Dijana. I’m a consultant living in Adelaide, Australia where I run a business called Sell It Yourself Property Consulting (soon to be renamed Selling Realestate Yourself).

It's a real estate self-selling business focused on cultivating enthusiasm, skill and confidence among property owners to sell their properties themselves, without using real estate agents. It has never been easier to do with the reach the internet provides and the choice of online service providers available to assist.

You may have heard of 'Buy My Place' or 'For Sale by Owner' or 'ANREPS'. They are part of the choice of agencies licensed to allow an online selling service. They are one of the 19 (and growing) online providers and there are big differences between them.
Being a relatively new way to transact real estate, many in the community are lacking in confidence, knowledge and skill to take on the self-responsibility of selling their main asset themselves; even with the online tools on offer.

If you are one of them, SIY Property is here for you. We demystify the process and get it down to essentials and take it from there. We meet with you over the phone or actually, to see what you are looking to do and when.

You may simply need mentoring and minimal assistance. Not a problem. We have an agreement with you and a tasks list outlining what you will do, and what we will do to assist you to sell.

We have a time-based fee and NO Commission arrangements are entered into.
The business provides information resources online, group information sessions, and one-on-one consulting with owners to inspire and guide their selling goal.

It is far less complicated to sell than you may realise and can be so much more rewarding on many levels to what is provided by traditional real estate agents.

My years of personal selling experiences, my reading for the selling of my properties, plus researching the practices of the industry over several years, has led me to knowledge that the community need to know. The benefits to sellers from DIY selling are too enormous to ignore.

The essential tools that agents use, are now available to vendors and I want to assist private sellers to access them, make sound choices, advise on the parts that they find challenging, or do it for them.
