Serpil Tuti Sarı completed her undergraduate and master's degree in Computer and Instructional Technologies Education at Hacettepe University. In 2007, she published 11 textbooks in the field of Information Technologies. She worked as a senior E-Learning Consultant at Bilkent Schools, Bilkent University, Intel, Enocta, Işıkkent Education Campus, Providence University in America, and European Union projects. She is the ITGS auditor in the diploma program of the International Baccalaial program. She holds a "Learning Leadership Certificate" from Harvard University. She is a finalist of "Women Leaders of Technology" as "Successful Education Leader of 2017" by Microsoft &kagider & Aydın Dogan Foundation. She was among the "women who made a smile in 100 years" selected on the 100th anniversary of Ataturk's arrival in Samsun to start the War of Independence in 2019 and was named one of the "19 Pioneer Women" in Turkey by the Governorship of Samsun in 2019 and selected Apple Distinguished Educator by Apple.
