Dika Durbuzovic

Dika has composed and produced original music for a number of recognized, as well as award winning short films, most notably "Knife Point" (Sundance FF 2009, etc) by Carlo Mirabella-Davis, Student Academy Award Winner "Down in Number 5" by Kim Spurlock, "Notes on Being Young" by Michael Masarof, and feature film "Memories of Overdevelopment" by Miguel Coyula (Sundance FF 2010). Her portfolio includes several video games as well as music for a compelling promotional video for the United Nations presented at various conferences throughout the world. Her music characterized as visceral and telling, received the Best Original Score Award for "Knife Point" from the Maurice Kanbar Institute for Film and TV, among others. She holds a Master's Degree in Music Performance from University of Colorado at Boulder and currently serves as a full time artist in residence at Hillel Hebrew Academy in Beverly Hills.
