Dilan Shah is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of YUR Inc. Hailing from Laguna Niguel, CA, Dilan is a multi-talented individual with a strong background in Business Administration and Computer Science from USC. He is a technical product manager, virtual and augmented reality enthusiast, programmer, athlete, and writer. Dilan has made significant contributions to the XR industry and has played a pivotal role in developing Unity's industrial XR applications training resources.

As the Founder, CPO, and CEO of YUR, he has spearheaded various initiatives, including business development with Oculus Quest game developers integrating YUR SDK, scoping and outlining of intellectual property for patents, and growth product management. Dilan has also been responsible for overseeing augmented reality engineering, operations, and finance administration at YUR. He has demonstrated his expertise in product development and management by successfully launching the company's touchpoints across VR, mobile, web, and desktop.

On the community side; Weekly Community Workout and the HealthKit-enabled iOS app for YUR. With a strong focus on user experience, Dilan has managed mobile releases for both iOS and Android platforms, garnering high ratings. Apart from his role at YUR, Dilan has been an active participant in the tech community, serving as a Fellow for Kernel Block 4 at Gitcoin and participating in the AR Creator Residency Program at Snap Inc.

Throughout his career, Dilan has worked with renowned companies like Unity Education, Softspace, Archform, Paradiddle, and Carl Zeiss Meditec Inc. He has also contributed to the XR education field as a curriculum developer and instructor at Pathstream and as a Launch Pad Participant at Oculus VR. Dilan's passion for virtual reality led him to become a Virtual Reality Evangelist at Virtually Live, where he executed location-based VR events across various countries.

Additionally, he has served as a Product Manager at the USC Viterbi School of Engineering, a Writer for VRScout, and a Software Engineer at D-HEALTH: University of Southern California's Digital Health Lab and Infor. With his diverse skill set and extensive experience, Dilan has become a respected figure in the XR industry, earning numerous honors and awards, including being selected into USC's Venture Incubation Program, winning the USC Center for Body Computing Hackathon, and participating in programs like Oculus Launch Pad and Snap Creator AR Residency.
