A respected IT expert, Dilip K. Pradhan is the Manager and HOD-IT of HG Retail Solutions. He oversees strategy planning, service offering development, and market leadership activities. Mr. Pradhan was always fascinated with technology and its use and foresaw the potential of Information Technology to make an impact in enriching human lives, but in an unconventional way. Mr. Pradhan is responsible for overall planning, organizing, and execution of all IT functions, directing all IT operations installing and maintaining computer hardware, software and networks and maintenance of existing infrastructure, applications, and development of new technical solutions…!

Mr. Pradhan Provide leadership, vision, and mgmt to the IT dept, Provide day2day supervision, conduct strategic planning, asset maintenance, delegate work, assignments for all IT personnel. Responsible for the ordering, acquisition, inventorying, and disposition of hardware & software, Maintain the integrity and continual operation of d IT network including the wireless networks, Ensure the continual functioning of mission critical operations, Maintain security and privacy of the information systems, communication lines & equipment, Develop, review, and certify all back-up and disaster recovery procedures and plans, Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions. Working experience with Microsoft Windows Environments, including MS-SQL 2003, 2008, Mail Server, Domain Server(pop), Database Server, Internet Information Server & other applications.

Mr Pradhan is a computer Graduate holding BCA (bachlore in computer application) Degree with Dual Master Degree, MCA (Master In Computer Applicaiton) & MBA (Master in Business Administration) Specilisation In IT, with addition to Hold DISM (Diploma In System Management from Aptech) & MCSE Cerific
