Qualified in 1997 as RGN, Dilla joined Central Manchester University Hospitals as a staff nurse in 2001. Later on, joined the University of Salford as a lecturer. Dilla has also presented a poster of her findings at British Sociological Association - Postgraduate Conference at London School of Economics and Political Science and at the RCN International Research Conference, the University of Oxford, as well as the BSA annual conference. She is a member of European Society of Cardiology, BSA, International Network for Health Workforce Education and Council on Cardiovascular Nursing and Allied Professions. Dilla’s interest includes higher education and qualitative research
