Dillon Donald

Originally from Abilene, Texas, Dillon Donald is a junior at Texas Tech University, pursuing a degree in Finance with a concentration in Real Estate. Dillon stays involved at Texas Tech through the Financial Management Association, the Real Estate Organization and the Rawls Business Leadership Program. In September of 2014, he was able to attend a trip to the Dallas area with the Real Estate Organization where he gained insight about the Real Estate industry by visiting various firms and speaking to successful brokers. Dillon was selected to become a member of the Rawls Business Leadership Program through a multi-step interview process and is currently developing leadership skills through active participation in the program. He plans to gain international exposure on a two week trip with the Leadership Program in the spring of 2015. On top of organizational involvement, Dillon has been able to maintain a GPA of 3.677, earning a spot on the President's List (4.0 GPA) in his last three semesters. Overcoming the adversity of being a first generation college student, he has been able to develop an immense work ethic and continues to gain understanding of the financial/real estate industry.
