Dillon Buckland

My Strengths: WOO (Winning Others Over), Empathy, Positivity, Communication, Futuristic. I am currently finishing my Senior year at Western Michigan University working on my Bachelor's degree in Organizational Communication and minoring in Event Management. At the end of July 2015, I will be relocating to Sarasota, Florida and looking for full-time employment! In my four years at Western, I have been involved with over 10 student organizations including the Pi Kappa Alpha Fraternity, Western Student Association, Campus Activities Board, and Drive Safe Kalamazoo to name a few. Being consistently involved at my school has helped me become a well-rounded student and engaged in my community. My experience in Event Management and Social Media Management includes serving on the Spring Into The Streets Planning Committee in 2012 and planning forums and events as Academic Affairs and Community Involvement Chair on the Western Student Association. I currently maintain most social media use at Michigan Blood and am responsible for creating shareable material. I have also managed Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram accounts for my fraternity along with the Western Student Association.
