Hi, I’m Dillon Robert Haines, an Executive Chef based in Lebanon, Connecticut. I’m passionate about cooking, hospitality, and creating memorable experiences through food. My culinary interests include seasonal ingredients, classic cooking techniques, recipe development, and exploring new flavors.

Outside of the kitchen, I enjoy traveling, discovering new restaurants, exploring the arts, visiting local farmers markets, and spending time outdoors. I’m always interested in learning something new, whether it’s a culinary technique, a different cuisine, or inspiration from the places and people around me.
