Dil Phagura

Dil Phagura is an experienced sales manager who has served as a team lead in the Advanced Client Solutions division at ReputationDefender for the last three years. He first joined the firm’s Advanced Client Solutions team in 2014 and has since developed several accounts with as many as 500 clients such as business executives and politicians. As team lead, Dil Phagura is responsible for maintaining relationships with the clients in the accounts he manages and providing them with all the information they need to maintain their online reputation and privacy. He also created new guidelines for other sales representatives when client prospecting. Over the years, Mr. Phagura has recruited numerous top-performing sales representatives for ReputationDefender and closely managed his team to monitor performance and assure compliance with the firm’s policies.

Throughout his time on the Advanced Client Solutions team, Mr. Phagura has built a track record as a high sales performer. He has consistently met or exceeded his annual sales quota, bringing his total revenue generation to around $10 million in eight years. In recognition of his work, ReputationDefender has awarded Mr. Phagura its Sales MVP award for seven years in a row. He first joined the firm as a sales account manager, in which role he sourced new clients, negotiated contracts, and managed client relations.
