Executive, Board Governance, and Corporate Affairs & Enterprise Reputation in Toronto, Canada
Global corporate affairs, reputation, and strategic communications executive with deep experience advising CEOs, boards, governments, regulators, executive leadership teams, and stakeholders across financial services, real estate, government, consulting, nonprofit, and global institutions. I operate at the intersection of enterprise strategy, corporate affairs, reputation, governance, and stakeholder engagement - helping organizations navigate complex regulatory, political, economic, and reputational environments.
Throughout my career, I have led multidisciplinary teams and enterprise-wide functions spanning communications, stakeholder engagement, research, member engagement, conferences, executive visibility, and reputation management - aligning organizational priorities with stakeholder expectations to strengthen institutional trust, manage risk, and enable strategic outcomes.
My work has included direct engagement with influential international figures - the late King Hussein of Jordan, King Abdullah II of Jordan, the former Lebanese Prime Minister, and the former Prince of Wales, now King Charles III - supporting high-level diplomacy, public affairs, stakeholder engagement, and global positioning.
My contributions have been recognized internationally: the Medal for Achievements at the World Economic Forum, presented by King Abdullah II of Jordan; the British Chevening Scholarship; the Carol Dickson Memorial Award from the Rotman School of Management; and recognition as one of the Top Women Leaders of Toronto for 2024.
I hold an Executive MBA from the University of Toronto, a Master's in International Communications and Development from the University of London, and a BA in Journalism and Mass Communication with a Minor in Economics from the American University. I have also completed the Executive Board Readiness Program at Ted Rogers School of Management and hold a Board Director accreditation (Acc.BD).
Beyond my executive career, I serve on the Program Advisory Committee for the Longo Faculty of Business at Humber Polytechnic and as a Contributing Visionary and Mentor with The Prosperity Project. I continue to deepen my expertise in enterprise transformation, AI, and strategy through executive education at Harvard Business School, including AI for Leaders and Disruptive Strategy.
Having lived and worked across five countries and travelled to more than 70, I bring a global perspective, cultural fluency, geopolitical awareness, and sound judgment to complex leadership, stakeholder, and governance environments.
