Dimas Hutomo

Dimas has more than ten years of experience as a Legal Counsel. He graduated from Airlangga University, ranked the No. 1 law school in Indonesia based on the Scimago Institutions Rankings and the QS World University Rankings for Law.

During his studies, he was actively involved in various organizational and social activities. After graduating, he built extensive legal experience, particularly at Hukumonline. During this time, he also executed key advocacy projects with international NGOs such as GIZ, USAID, and The Asia Foundation to help strengthen legal practice and improve legal literacy in Indonesia—ensuring the public has greater access to justice and easier access to business information.

He later joined LPPOM MUI, where he contributed to the development of the Legal Team under the Corporate Secretary Division. Following that, he served as Legal Counsel at Lemonilo, leading compliance initiatives to secure ISO 27001 certification and supporting public policy efforts that positioned Lemonilo as an ambassador/representative for the Indonesia Spice Up the World program with the Ministry of Tourism and Creative Economy (Kemenparekraf).

Currently, Dimas serves as the Special Advisor for Legal to the President Director of LPPOM MUI, where he leads transnational transactions and collaborations. In parallel, he works independently as a legal advisor to startups and SMEs in the legal tech, education, and service sectors.
