Dimitri Kotov

Dimitri Kotov has spoken to large groups of automotive dealers and franchised businesses across Australia on social media and digital marketing. Most recently, he was invited to speak on behalf of Isuzu Trucks Australia, and prior to this for Nissan Australia along side one of Australia's leading marketing professors.

He has worked on the digital and social media strategies of numerous businesses and his contribution to BenchMarker Magazine is read by automotive professionals world wide.

Dimitri has amassed a diverse (and certainly unique) roster of experiences as the Group Social Media Manager for the WorldMark Group of Companies (Code Red Marketing, Sewells Group, Tint a Car, MotorOne, Ashley Group, MEP Films, AutoXtreme):

- Working with senior leaders at WorldMark to turn existing product lines into new revenue streams from the addition of Mobile Applications, Social Media and Digital Marketing (eg. Code Red Marketing now provide Social Media marketing solutions to around 100 car dealerships in the Australian automotive industry).

- Training an expert team to manage the social media sites of internal and external clients that earn sales and a disproportionate share of voice (eg. Tint a Car's Facebook Page has amassed a community of almost 60,000 'motoring enthusiasts' around Australia)

Dimitri received his Masters of Commerce from Swinburne University in 2011, where he studied Marketing in the Australian Graduate School of Entrepreneurship. He briefly worked in Accounting and Project Management after completing his Bachelor of Business in Management and Accounting (Double Degree) at Monash University.
