Dimitris Kosvogiannis

Dimitris Kosvogiannis aka Dimitris Cosvogiannis loves to experience new foods. He will often visit new restaurants to try out dishes and enjoys trying to recreate them for friends and family at home in his own kitchen.

His world travels have taken him all over the globe, allowing him to experience the foods first-hand. Dimitris Kosvogiannis worked in hospitality for more than 15 years. Much of his early industry experience – and success – came as Resident and Operations Manager at Couples Resorts.

As Operations Manager, Kosvogiannis worked as the right hand to the resort’s General Manager, and was responsible for ensuring the seamless performance and operation of everything from rooms, and food & beverage to guest relations, grounds and all sports departments.
