I am a Food Technologist, living in Athens, Greece. I have worked in the hotel and catering business since 2005. I have also planned an ISO 22000:2005 based Food Safety Management System for Plain Fine Dining and Bar Services. Currently, I am a post-graduate student in the the Agricultural University of Athens, studying the "Complete Management of Milk and Dairy Products (M.Sc.)".
