Dina Swearngin

Dina Swearngin is a native of Atlanta (and still resides there) and a registered nurse for almost 30 years.Dina Swearngin has been a full time educator for 12 years while teaching online the entire time. Dina Swearngin's clinical specialty includes 18 years in inner city hospitals in Neonatal Intensive Care serving as staff nurse, charge nurse, and preceptor. During Dina Swearngin's time as a nurse educator, she has coordinated classes and clinicals in medical-surgical nursing; public health; nursing leadership and management; and pathophysiology. In 2010, Dina Swearngin was honored by The Atlanta Journal-Constitution as one of Georgia’s top nurses with a nomination for the annual Nursing Excellence Award.
