At the top of any successful company you’ll find a great leader. Some are high profile but most, like Me.

Grown up in a middle class community of Mumbai, I was instilled with the rare notion that anyone can succeed, regardless of circumstances. I did B.Sc. in Information technology and my obvious choice was to become Software Engineer.

But the Great Recession threw a wrench into my career plans, forcing a career diversion. That's how I got into 'Quality Assurance and Process Improvement'.

That transition was probably painful and humbling. But with more than six years of extensive experience in quality assurance and process improvement, What matters is that 'I did it'.

I am with an Indian company these days. I have worked with a Ukraine based organisation before my last move. Earlier to that, I was with a US and UK based orgainisations.

I am upgrading my skills regularly. I did MBA with Focus in Quality Management. I am a certified Internal auditor for CMMI for Development, ISO 9001, ISO 27001 and AGILE.

Although my skill set is vast, my greatest expertise revolve in CMMI for Development, ISO 9001 Quality management system, ISO/IEC 27001 Information security management system and Agile. I have received Star of support award in earlier organisation as a recognition of work done in processes and standards.

I'm open for new opportunities so as to improve my knowledge and face new challenges.
