Dino's Catering

Ted "Dino" Fornicola has had a passion for food from childhood. Growing up in his father's restaurant on the boardwalk in Asbury Park, New Jersey, Dino's earliest memories involved family cooking and an appreciation for food.

His quality and creative flair was tasted in his restaurant "Dino's" of Long Branch, N.J. With an avocation for Eastern culture, Dino's food incorporated an Asian Italian light flare. Passionate about traveling and experiencing new cultures, Dino moved to Puerto Rico to chef at a small boutique hotel in the small surf town of Rincon.

And for more than 15 years, he provided the catering for Count Basie Theatre. Today, back in Asbury Park, N.J., he provides catering for all occasions from showers to concerts to weddings and parties.
