My Background

Prior to coaching, I spent two decades in corporate real estate facilities management leading local and regional critical systems and engineering operations teams.

I specializing in functional and people leadership, risk management, and driving sustainable performance in high-pressure environments (Investment Banking and Data Centre).

This experience taught me how to turn chaos into clarity. A skill I now channel into coaching technical leaders to achieve transformative results with their teams.
