One of my recent projects involved coordinating a multi-location promotional tour. I administered ALL logistics,drove event vehicles, devised marketing footprint, managed set-up and tear down, worked exclusively with location managers to secure venues. I also devised scheduling spreadsheets for personnel/coordinated support staff. Monitored every aspect of the project (including pre-event, event, and post-event) to run smoothly. Made certain entire undertaking conformed to the specific guidelines of the clients and account team, (The result? A 300% increase in traffic AND a initial 10% increase in revenue).

This DOUBLED client mandated goals for the event. I believe in applying this same level of attention to detail to tasks as visible as prepping the materials for a top-level meeting and as mundane as making sure the event staff has an easy route to the event.
