I am passionate about Talent Management and Strategic Talent Acquisition. I have over 12 years of HR experience. For the past 8 years, I have been focused on designing, implementing and managing cutting edge Global Talent Acquisition Programs and Initiatives.

I have worked in several industries, including Big Data, Web, consulting, Technology, Consumer goods, financial services, and manufacturing.

I am currently the Talent Acquisition Sourcing Manager at LexisNexis Risk Solutions. I am responsible for building and managing a centralized Talent Acquisition Sourcing group. I also manage Talent Acquisition Programs including internal communications, MBA Leadership Program and college recruiting. I am also responsible for Employment Branding and Social Media Recruitment.

I was born in Los Angeles, and raised in New Orleans. I attended Howard University and ultimately graduated from Tulane University with a Bachelor's degree in Media Arts. I currently reside in metro Atlanta with my husband and 4 children.

In addition, I am also a writer and speaker. I have contributed to the Atlanta Journal Constitution and many blogs. I have been interviewed and sited on NPR, CNN Money, Forbes, Inc and many other publications regarding recruitment, diversity and Talent Management trends. My first book is scheduled to be published in late 2013.
