Hello all

My name is Dionne Attia and I currently am a full time student in the public relations program at Algonquin college and a part time customer service representative, I see myself working as a public relations professional in the future.

Public relations is a great fit more me as I enjoy talking to people,networking,and I have a positive attitude in life.

Working as a customer service representative has helped me tremendously.Not just at work but also in my personal life.It has helped me boost my confidence as well as my communication skills;it has enabled me to listen carefully to what customers are saying in order to assist them in the best possible manner. My position at work has also enabled me to control and deal with my emotions in situations that can be very frustrating, difficult or intense. I apply what I have learnt from work in every aspect of my life.
