Key Account Management:

• Identify project based hiring needs of clients and meet the SLA’s as agreed upon
• Work with the delivery teams to meet the hiring timelines as defined
Recruitment (Contractual / Permanent & Niche Skill) End to end Recruitment
• Staffing and recruitment - Expertise in the areas of Sourcing, Screening, Scheduling
• Lateral Hiring and Fresher Hiring
• Salary Negotiations
• Fitment, Offer Release
Operations/ Employee Management:
• Having Sound Knowledge on Reports, extensive usage of MS Office applications
• Responsible for preparation & managing Daily / Weekly and Monthly reports to support Top Management
• Responsible for update the necessary tracker/Excel Dashboards to record the quality of client deliverable
• Responsible for On-boarding and Documentation of new joinee
• Responsible for Relocation Management of outstation candidate
• Induction Programs to new hires and Employee Engagement
• Responsible for exit formalities and FnF
