Hi, I’m Dipen Gohil, an MBA student specializing in Human Resource Management at CVM University. Currently, I’m gaining hands-on experience as an HR Intern at Vasu Healthcare, where I’m actively learning about labour laws, employee engagement, recruitment processes, and compliance practices.

I’m passionate about aligning people with purpose and building positive, growth-oriented work cultures. I have a keen interest in HR Analytics, Employee Life Cycle Management, and Strategic HRM.

Through my academic and internship journey, I’m continuously developing practical HR skills and aim to contribute to modern, people-centric HR practices in the future.
