An industrial visit to Alkem Laboratories provided me with valuable insights into the pharmaceutical industry.

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, I excel in data analysis and reporting. I also possess training in public speaking and hold a Product Analysis Certification (PAC) from Product School.
In my project on Human Resource Management, I conducted a qualitative study on the antecedents and consequences of Green HRM. This research explored the integration of environmentally responsible practices into HR processes.
