Hello there, I am Dipuo Mtshweni a
Student Teacher in Physical Education at the University of Johannesburg.
I am currently doing my undergraduate degree in Bachelor of Education.
I am a fan of reading, music, and playing netball, and most importantly I am the definition of a black woman.
I believe a healthy and active school is where learners can truly thrive.
As a PE student teacher, I value movement as the foundation for both body and mind, because the world we live in needs people who are physically strong and mentally resilient.
My teaching philosophy is simple: teach the how of health, teamwork, and discipline, not just the what of sport
I believe in teaching skills that become habits, because habits are seeds that will forever grow and remain within students.
Sharing and expanding my knowledge in PE is what I enjoy doing most.
