Direct2Vet is Australia's emerging universal communication and transaction platform for veterinary clinics and their provider networks. Our platform connects clinics to insurers, pharmaceutical suppliers, equipment providers, utilities, loyalty programs and more — all through a lightweight browser extension that requires no changes to existing clinic software. Instead of managing dozens of provider relationships by phone, email and fax, clinics can send and receive structured communications through one secure, auditable hub. For providers and suppliers, Direct2Vet offers direct access to a growing network of veterinary clinics, with structured data exchange replacing the inefficiency of traditional outreach. At the heart of our platform is the Pet Life Journal, a longitudinal, consent-driven record of every pet's medical history, identity, lifestyle and wellbeing, securely shareable between clinics, providers and pet owners.
