Paul Russell founded HOPE: preventing euthanasia & assisted suicide in 2010 as an online network of individuals and organisations committed to ensuring that euthanasia & assisted suicide do not beclome law in Australia.

In 2011, Paul was appointed Vice Chair of the newly-formed Euthanasia Prevention Coalition International.
