I am passionate about people, especially in global arena, where I have served as a professional volunteer practitioner for close to 9 years with some of the organization such as Light Foundation Kenya, One Touch One Life, and Slum Code, offices in complex such as Vihiga, Nairobi, and Kiambu.
I have proven competencies including effective leadership with strong interpersonal skills, results oriented, relating and network, persuading and influencing, decision making, with high ethical and integrity standards. Over the years my performance has been successfully rated as outstanding and was also commanded by college management for enhancing organizational performance. As evidence of my outstanding commitment, I was nominated Student Council Advisory Committee chair person. I am innovative and have initiated in house projects and have become global best in practices such as the scouts’ school staff capacity development program.
