I am a Husband, Father and the Coordinator of Internship Experiences in the Exercise and Health Sciences at Virginia Commonwealth University. Prior to VCU I was a Strength and Conditioning Coach and still remain active within the NSCA.

I currently live in Bowling Green, VA.
