Next year I'm starting my own online platform where drop-outs can share their stories, which is going to be called Drop-out Stories. In the beginning I will likely work alone but in the future I will need others to help me run my company. I aspire to be a social and inspiring leader and want to give my employees the support they need while also giving them the freedom to do their work. I believe that a daily/weekly meeting where we will discuss what everybody is working on and how they are progressing suits this leaderships style best. I want to achieve the companies goals by working efficiently while also thinking about the wants and needs of my employees. I will harvest their specific talents by letting them do what they do best and giving support and inspiration where needed. Personal development is another aspect I find very important as a future leader. I want my employees to not only grow in their work but also grow as people.
