Discoverabl.es is a new website that helps young people identify, develop and improve their key strengths and skills before showcasing them to potential employers or investors. Progressive organisations and freelancers, instead of posting job descriptions, can discover raw talent through us.

The website takes a gamified approach to enabling young people to prove and improve the strengths and skills that can significantly increase well-being, success and fulfillment both in work and in life.

The project is run by aspirations agency Spark+Mettle, a youth charity that likes to help people flourish. The website is being designed and developed by Pixelgroup. Seed funding has come from the Design Council and Nominet Trust as part of their Working Well Challenge.

Terms and Conditions

The competition is open to anyone in the UK or Republic of Ireland aged 16–24 on January 1, 2013.Entry to the competition must be through registering name, date of birth and email address on www.discoverabl.es.Competition closes at midnight on Sunday January 13, 2013.The winner will be selected at random and notified via email no later than Friday January 18.The winner must be able to attend the 90 minute consultation no later than June 30, 2013. Dilesh Lalloo, director of Pixelgroup, will communicate with the winner to set up a convenient time for them to hold the consultation.The consultation can be held either in London, at Pixelgroup's offices, or via Skype/Google+.No expenses (including for travel or food) will be granted.No young person associated with Spark+Mettle or Pixelgroup will be eligible for entry.
