Ok sir, here's the instructions and the reservation page. Tap "SCHEDULE AN APPOINTMENT" then click the "BOOK NOW" then fill out the forms and use "DivinaMT" at the therapist name. On the next page, fill out the username, password and email then the next page fill out the card form to pay the booking fee.
