I live in Arizona with my husband and two kids. My oldest is 17 years old and recently made me a young grandmother at 34. My husband and I have been married for 9 years and he has been in law enforcement for 17 years.

I've work in social services for the past 14 years beginning my work in a therapeutic group home for adolescent girls. After this, I graduated with my degree in psychology and communication and worked for a non-profit agency serving children with disabilities. I helped advocate with the children and their families to ensure that they received the best services possible from their school district as well as the State. I served as their case manager to adequately provide and implement services accordingly so their quality of life could be the best. After three years of working for this agency, I left to work for a child welfare agency with the State of Arizona. I worked as an investigator, and assessed child risk & safety of children in their homes. I worked with families to preserve the family unit, and if this wasn't possible, the children were removed from their homes. I continued working with the agency and moved up in management and also work a handful of high profile cases. After nine years, I left my employment with the State of Arizona.

Now I am a stay at home mom. I help care for my beautiful grand daughter, while also homeschooling my 10 year old son. I also have home based childcare and preschool in my home.
