Who am I? Such a powerful question. There are so many aspects of the self. As I find my place in the world I identify myself mostly as an Entrepreneur, business owner, yoga teacher who aims to live the life of my dreams by guiding others to live the life of their dreams. I have been holding workshops and seminars for over five years now inspiring and motivating people to step outside of their comfort zones and into a life filled with freedom, prosperity, joy, happiness and infinite possibilities. I have contributed to my local community providing a place for transformation, recalibration and reconnection with people’s passion, purpose and highest and best good.

"Seven Hot Yoga", my yoga studio and hub of self transformation had been a dream of mine since the first time I discovered what it was like to really breathe. It has been over over 15 years now since my first yoga teacher uttered the word Pranayama to me. Realizing this dream was a direct result of using the methods and techniques I teach in "Realizing Your Dreams". I decided to take my own advice and put my dreams into action. The journey wasn’t easy, I have overcome many obstacles on my path. At 15 I was homeless, by 17, pregnant. On my own with nothing but will power and pure intentions to provide the best life I could for my son, I overcame, determined to prove that “LIFE IS GOOD!”

Now, I am using all that I have learned from countless guru's, sages and masters. Years of training and deep self observation have connected me with inner guidance and intuition that allows me to see the highest and best in others. Through a process of self exploration, together I will help reveal your life's purpose.
