I am a property investor based in Sydney, Australia. I bought my first property at 21.I now have a significant multimillion dollar property portfolio.I have a net worth that can enable me to permanently retire if I wanted to, I am 25 years old.

I am dedicated to helping likeminded people who want to build wealth through property. I specialise in assisting high performance professionals and young families.

I have worked for the NSW government in investor assurance, economic analysis and policy for areas including land, property, planning and infrastructure. I hold a degree in business.

I believe in controlling risk by diligently focusing on weaknesses and threats in relation to expected rental returns not meeting expectations, negative property cycles resulting in a decline the price of properties, managing purchasing costs (such as stamp duty, legal fees, advice fees, property inspection reports and loan establishment fees) and ongoing costs (such as property maintenance, rates, body corporate fees, bank fees and insurance) and the comparatively lower level of liquidity when compared with other asset classes.

I specialise in helping clients build a multimillion property portfolio – I achieve this through strategically designing a combination of capital growth, cash flow planning, cautionary buffering and asset selection. I strategically help clients build an investment property portfolio that is personalised to their unique needs and circumstances.

I help clients to tactically choose the right properties that are investment grade. I have the depth to assist first time investors as well as sophisticated investors.I avoid highly speculative investments such as holiday homes and high density off the plan apartments.
