A little bit about me. I started my professional career as a Chef in kitchens up and down the east coast of Australia. It was fun & fast paced and I still have very strong friendships from that time of my life. I don’t cook professionally anymore but still have a passion for food. I am going to get back in touch with my creative food side soon on my Pedalabout Oz trip around Australia. I am now in the construction industry and it is hard work but very rewarding. There is something about a group of people coming together to build a massive building that will stand longer than most. I’ve got a very big trip ahead of me which has been long time in planning and it is the biggest thing I have done in my life so it is very important to me. I believe that if we don’t challenge ourselves we are wasting an opportunity to experience life.
