Greetings, I’m Pearl popularly known as DJ AMARULA. I'm from the small town called Stanger outside Durban in kzn.

I'm a deejay, I started my journey in 2014 in 1kzn Tv that where I secure many gigs and people started to know me, I played in velvet Lounge, Makoya Lounge,Prince Lounge, Mojo's Carwash, Shisanyama Shandis, Oxygen Lounge, Crush in Ballito to name few.

I have had honor to be a guest Deejay in radio stations all around South Africa and scored residency in different Province like Polokwane Thobela Fm, Eastern Cape on Sojanisi Youth Radio, which made me secure gigs at places like Bulolo Night Club and Splush Carwash. And not forget my very own KwaZulu-Natal Province where I was rocking mixes on Ukhozi Fm, Vibe Fm and Inanda Fm also as a resident deejay for different shows.

2016 I became a house hold name, resident dj in my own Town at Action Night Club in Shakaskraal. I also entered a few competitions such as ReD Square Dj Knockout which took place in Durban making me a semi finalist and in 2018 I finally won Battle of the Djs for Ballito Pro Music Fastival.

I love House Music but I can play, Kwaito, Afro House, Electro, AmaPiono, Gqom.
